Refund/Return Policy:
1. Please call or contact us to get a return authorization number (RA) within 7 business days of the delivery date. The Return Authorization number is only valid for 7 business days after being requested.
2. Returns and exchanges must be in a new condition and include the original product packaging and its tags. Please do not use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping box.
3. Email us your return tracking number.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, please allow us 5-7 business days after receiving your item to refund the credit or ship the exchanged item.
Customer must inspect all items for any errors BEFORE opening or attempting to use any products. If you fail to do this, LatinMX will not be responsible for any incorrect items once they have been altered, opened, or used in any way.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition"; without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
*If we ship the wrong or defective item, LatinMX will exchange it at no cost to the customer.
* Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
*The customer will only have 7 business days after obtaining the Authorization Number (RA) to deliver the returned items to us without any exceptions.
* All closeout and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
*LatinMX cannot accept returned merchandise without an RA.
*LatinMX is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages.
*After 7 business days of delivery no returns are allowed.
*There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
*Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
